Dispute Adjudication: When the parties really want to agree

CO-OPERATION:
We work as a general principle as far as possible on agreed lump sums for tasks:

  1. We provide expert daily rates
  2. We provide assistant and support staff rates daily rates
  3. Where possible we budget the number of working days to create as far as possible lump sums per task.
  4. Travel and out of pocket expenses: These are included in the daily rate within Poland and South of the A2 Motorway.
  5. BIM Implementation Support: These are often framework agreements over longer periods, but following the same principles as above.
    Complex models and visualisation material are agreed case by case based on a “not to exceed” spending cap.
  6. Success Fees: We are able to do some element of work on Success Fee structures provided we are given sufficient control on the process to ensure that successes will be achieved.
