- Board Level: We seek to establish a long term relationship to deal with the major problems associated with time and delay and the related quantum issues. We offer help to prepare for these infrequent and often stressful situations.
- Senior Management: We are seeking to show how to modernise the method of working using as far as possible the existing tools of the company, but taking account of best practice in planning works and in the related AI where we are expert.
- Lawyers: We provide early warnings, workout schedules and practical construction solutions. Where necessary we do forensic review, indexation calculations, and quantum of claim assessments. We are able to provide advanced AI backup and Bates numbering systems and illustrations for writs. We are used to performing expert witness services and explaining matters in Court and Arbitration. Increasingly the ability to identify “as built” critical paths are becoming key, to avoid complete failures of legal narratives. Our AI and BIM partners are able to generate very convincing visualisations of progress that strongly support the narratives presented.
- Junior Planners: Our intention is to support planners and to help to develop the sector in Poland. In general there is under recognition of planning and this area is causing increasing losses for the sector. We actively try to help the performance level go higher and will support those that are willing to try new things.
- Long Term Dealing: The company has been trading for 26 years and focuses all the time in the same area, with the same subjects. We seek to develop expertise in this narrow field and not deal with anything that is not related to buying selling Construction Companies, Assisting Construction Companies, or supporting Construction or Engineering companies is dispute or litigation. We are a place to call when the situation is difficult and we seek to find practical solutions.
