Client Needs

High Level Advice:  We are not providing just ideas and theories,  we actually provide one of the following:

  • A Template as to how to deal with the subject
  • A fully worked solution

In order to be able to provide solutions for major projects, it is necessary to have substantial capacity to deliver. The way we achieve this is as follows:

  • We make extensive use of cutting edge high tech electronic tools:
  • If the Client feels able to use own internal staff to perform tasks, we can integrate them into our team to provide a solution:

When reviewing Construction sites  in Poland we find that the duplication of effort is between 60-80%.   Despite improvements in organisation the sector remains inefficient.  It is not difficult to create a lot of value in the sector.

The Fixed Costs of Top Level Teams

Our Client base does not need dispute teams or quantum teams all the time and therefore may not keep them in-house. The strength of an experienced team is the ability to electronically build a project faster than real time. This pays off in retrospective review. The more facts that can be accurately mapped to a given moment in time, the better a project is understood. This is our specialisation. We offer serious competence in areas where the work flows are not giving the right answers:

Multi-disciplinary Approach

The approach of the company is to seek to improve incomplete records ( records are nearly always incomplete) by finding and linking complementary information. This in effect improves the data-set of the Client by making it accessible and organised. The modern approach to dispute situations in our view is not to find a key to the door, but rather to crash through the data to find all the doors, all the keys, and any other openings that may suit the Clients case. We rely on large data sets, strong planning skills, and the targeted use of skilled people once the openings have been found. We are willing to share what we can do, and we will share what we find out. In our view propriety knowledge is a silo, and will create delays in finding the cutting edge. We pass what we understand to our Clients, and ask for reciprocation to create a living and growing dialogue about competitive advantage. To stay ahead our Clients must be leading the way.
